Client Management at Baillie Gifford – building relationships
As a Client Manager, you’ll build strong relationships with our clients to get an in-depth understanding of their requirements, aiming to become a trusted long-term partner and adviser. At Baillie Gifford, we put the interests of our clients ahead of our own. Clients as varied as pension schemes, charities, public funds, and financial institutions. Established as an investment management partnership over 100 years ago, today we are a leading independent global business with over £230 billion under management and more than 1,700 employees. A key part of the Client Manager role is to effectively convey the investment teams’ process of in-depth research and their investment decisions to our clients. So, you’ll build a close working relationship with specific investment teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of their strategies and effectively communicate with clients on their behalf.
